Regulatory SME
Northridge Insight is hiring a Business Analyst Consultant as a Regulatory SME, with knowledge of Medicaid and Government Pricing price types, including mAMP, qAMP, ASP, NFAMP, BP, and PHS. This position would be a member of the Professional Services team. While this position is considered remote for your home base, it may require travel ranging from 5%-80% depending on client and project assignments.
A Professional Services team member that performs at the Business Analyst level demonstrates a solid foundation in the life sciences industry and consulting practices. They apply their knowledge and skills to conduct in-depth analysis, interpret data, and contribute to the development of client solutions. While still developing expertise, they take on more complex tasks and responsibilities, such as conducting market research, drafting client deliverables, and participating in client meetings. They actively seek opportunities to expand their industry knowledge and refine their consulting skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients in the life sciences sector to understand their unique challenges, requirements, and objectives.
- Apply expertise in industry regulations, processes, and technologies to develop tailored solutions that address client needs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client data, regulatory requirements, and market trends to inform solution development.
- Assist in the implementation and execution of consulting projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the consulting company, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver holistic solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to the life sciences sector.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies, tools, and best practices within the company.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, seeking opportunities for additional engagements and driving client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in business development activities, including client presentations, proposal development, and sales support.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all client interactions and project engagements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Government Pricing regulations, including mAMP, qAMP, ASP, NFAMP, BP, and PHS.
- Understanding of Government Programs, including Medicaid, Tricare, and Medicare, as well as State Price Transparency regulations
- Understanding of the life sciences sector, including regulations, processes, and technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, regulatory requirements, and market trends to derive insights and inform decision-making.
- Aptitude for identifying and addressing client challenges effectively through innovative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Capability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborating with colleagues.
- Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements, client needs, and industry dynamics.
